“Small”, Overlooked Forms of Self-Care

When most people think of self care, they think of extravagant baths, a fun night out with friends, sleeping in. However, there are other “smaller” aspects of self-care that are just as vital and are often overlooked.

Below is a diagram I made with some fundamental and important self care skills that would be beneficial to develop! Take a look at these and try them out in your day to day life!
